iAd producer 5 cannot install iAd tester

When I try to preview my ad on my iPhone 6 plus device I get the error when installing iAd tester:

A valid provisioning profile for this executable was not found.

I also tried copying the test app to iTunes and installing on my device but it never installs properly.

Any suggestions?
