Deleted Playlists.. Which File to Restore from Backup?

I inadvertently deleted a bunch of playlists on my iPhone, and with the Cloud Music, (itunes 12) they are gone on my computer too.

I do have a full backup, however not sure which files I need to restore.

Any help on which specific files to restore would be appreciated.
