Stop swipe delete in safari history?

We have set up restrictions on our 13 year old son's iPhone.

He has use of Safari, but we've checked the "Limit Adult Content" box.

I was pleased to see that this meant he couldn't browse privately or clear his history.

However, I have just discovered that he can go into his history and swipe to delete specific pages he has been to.
