Purchased app paused and won't download.
I purchased an app on the iTunes store and paused it to download overnight when no one would be using the internet but now it won't download, it just says "waiting". Help!!

This is on your computer's iTunes or your iOS device ? If you computer's iTunes do you have a downward pointing arrow towards the top right of the iTunes - if you do then click on that and you should be able to resume it downloading :
If this is on your iOS device then does tapping the app resume its download, if not try a soft-reset of the device and see if it resumes downloading after it's restarted
