I downloaded the lastest version of iTunes 12.2.1 and my music library of 12GB had disappeared? Can someone help?

Restore your library from a recent backup or, if you've failed to maintain a backup of your iTunes library, see turingtest2's user tip on Empty/corrupt iTunes library after upgrade/crash.
