Freez audio and video watching video with quicktime player or anythink(not browser problem)

Hi everybody. I have problem with watching video on my mackbook. When I watch video on computer video and audio freezes.And continuest just like this.Please recomend anything.Its not browser problem its sample whatching video on computer with quicktime player or anythink
