OTACrashCopier (Help) {55934820}

My iPhone 4S keeps crashing strangely. It is black on the outside then the hue/shade of any color goes into the screen, or black at the top, going down in shade as ONLY GRAY. Later, i found a new task I had never seen before. It was called OTACrashCopier. I don't know what OTA means, or stands for, but CrashCopier? You have got to admit that sounds like it. Also, this one , OTACrashCopier, was actually abbreviated, unlike almost EVERY OTHER TASK.

Does anyone know how to fix it? HELP
