Apogee Jam 96k. No Sound with Garage Band, Logic Pro X or Guitar Rig 5

Dear ALL.

I can't hear any output sound when I use the Apogee Jam 96k with Garage Band, Logic Pro X or Guitar Rig 5. I did set up the Jam as my input and using built-in speaker of macbook pro OSX 10.9.5. Although I can see the input light working, no sound from speaker or headphone. I have been looking for a while on line for an answer. I tried the aggregate in audio midi setup but no success. Unless I am missing something. I keep looking.

Can you help me out ?
