Switch to voice over and password is not working after battery was empty and shut down the phone

IT started when my phone's batterry died while making a call then it switch to voice over and the password somehow was changed because every time I try to log in it didnt work now it locks me out. I tried the long reset and it keeps the voice over

ive tried trips tap the numbers for my password and it locks me out and not recognize my password Since the phone switchEd off it will not take my finger recognition also and. I must enter the code.. Help
