how do i find my microsoft account on macbook air?

This Macbook air is driving me crazy. First it say it will not download an app from ITUNES because I am in the wrong country when I am not? Secondly when I get it to download an app called one drive from another account it asks me for my Microsoft Account? Where do I get a microsoft account when my macbook is brand new? This is getting ridiculous!!! Can someone please help me> Thank you.

OneDrive is an application that is used to connect to Microsoft's OneDrive cloud storage service. You get a Microsoft account from Microsoft and you would use the same account from what ever computer you have. If you previously had an account with Microsoft for any purpose, you would use that same account.
