I can't install windows 8.1pro on my Imac 1TB with fusion Drive. Every process goes well. However, any time I reach at the point of windows installation within boot camp. I keep on getting the message that the partition cannot be created and no existing one can be found. Please I need a help

Your CS volume now appears to be valid. Try to install Windows using BCA.
You know that I have not recovered my OS X. The computer is virtually empty. What do u suggest?
Install OSX, instead of a TM restore, and test Windows. If it works, Windows can be left intact and your TM can be restored.
If I understand you very much, I should reinstall OS X as a new copy, then I try installing windows. If everything works out fine. I should then try to restore my TM.
OS X Mavericks is installing. It will take some time. Then should I recreate the windows iso from external DVD or should I use the one already created in my 8GB USB?
If you already have a USB installer built during previous attempts, you do not need to rebuild it. Choose only the Install Windows option when you run BCA which will avoid re-building the USB. I assume the USB was originally built using BCA, not a third-party tool.
I just want to be sure of every step I take. This is Mavericks installing. I created the windows iso with BCA on Yosemite.
1. Should I upgrade and update to Yosemite before installing windows?
2. Should I make every necessary update requested by OS X before installing windows?
Not necessary. Let us test with Mavericks. Yosemite has some additional challenges. If it works, your TM restore will put you back at the OS that you have in the backup and avoid cycles spent in upgrading.

Loner T, I just want to thank you for your time. It has been four days of continuous effort to find a solution. At this stage I think I have given enough time to this issue. I will just buy a windows computer to resolve everything. I think Apple doesn't want to encourage the use of windows on macs otherwise this problem will not exist. I will try to restore now through TM. if I have any problem restoring my data I will get back to you.

Disk1 is where your BC partition is. It is missing a Hybrid MBR. Can we please try?
