If you do not know the password to the Apple ID to which the phone is locked, you will need to contact Apple with proof of original purchase.
I talk to apple customer care they say that they donot do anything if phone is on lost mode.
i am owner of that phone i donot know whom put the id and erase iphone

Have you just bought this iPhone off someone if its locked to an unknown Apple ID it maybe
Lost/stolen get your money back if you bought from a shop ot Website .
You can never use iPhone .
