iphone 5 cellular data problem.

hi, I have a problem with my iPhone 5s with latest iOS. when I'm turning on my cellular data , it consumes mass amount of mobile data. i think this is more than a bleed, I turned of all application based data into off and still have same problem. it ***** my 1 GB within 1 hr.. how to solve iit
