erase all contacts on MBPro

I am giving my MBPro to my wife--I want to remove all my Contacts from this MBPro--how do I do it?

MacBook Pro (15-inch Late 2011), OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.


If you want to delete all of the contacts in the Contacts application on your Mac, then all you need to do is simply select all of the contacts by using Command-A, and then press delete on your keyboard.
