Contact your carrier and ask for reprints of your old bills. Most carriers, in the U.S. at least, offer online access to anywhere from 6 months to a years worth of detailed billing.
In the US, you can just access your old billing statements by logging into your account on your service provider's website. I am not sure about service providers outside the US.
