lost iCloud backups and i did not delete them... how do i recover?

so i recently wanted to get some old notes from an old backup i had on iCloud. But as it turns out i only have one backup which is for my current phone.... i know I've always had at least 3 other backups from other phones but now i cannot find them... i never deleted them and i cannot find them... is there anyway please? to get my backups back or recover them someway
