I want to find open my I PAD mini air but I can't it requires me to activate the ID
I'm writing my email ID but unfortunately I forgot my password and my Birthday, security Q's
but I remember the rescue email
please help me to open and activate my I pad
The 'Password & Security' section shows on your account on http://appleid.apple.com - for which you will need to know your password to be able to login to the account to get to that screen on your account.
You should be able to reset your password via http://iforgot.apple.com, the password reset email should go to your rescue email account.
After resetting the password you can reactivate your iPad, and login to your account on http://appleid.apple.com, select the Password & Security section, and reset your security questions (the reset email will go to the rescue email account).
