unable to use itunes anymore for iphone 6 plus? CopyTrans works!

Before the implementation of the Radio or Connect I had no problems with updating my music, videos etc. Now I am unable to update just about anything. It shows like it is updating but it just does not do anything.. except moving the apps that were updated to the PC. I am using CopyTrans now which works well. This is very disappointing. I had asked many many tech and even going to Apple store and on the phone with 'senior' level techs but they do not know how to resolve this except changing another unit. This is not jailbroken or and files are important within like photos, etc etc..

I'm sorry. It's not really clear what your technical support question is. If you're having a problem with iTunes, you might get better information by posting in the relevant (Mac or Windows) iTunes forum.

I had a problem like that yesterday, after restoring iOS on my iPhone (for an unrelated problem). My purchased music would not restore, but my ripped CDs did. I called iTunes support, and they resolved it in less than 5 minutes, over the phone. The process was just to try syncing several times. After the 3rd try it worked.
