I pre-ordered The Weeknd's new album (I can see the pre-order in my Purchased History) and I did not get an email for the purchase, also it didn't auto-download (I have it turned on ) and when I go to the store, I can buy it with a discount as I already have 3 songs purchased.
How can I download the 3 songs that are already out? 😕

On your computer's iTunes try the Account (Store on older iTunes) > Check For Available Downloads menu option, or go to the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage and see if they show there for downloading.

If this happen after ios 8.4 update, just check you restrictions. Even one word in your songs seems explicit, itunes doesn,t let redownload it without permittion. To solve it go to settings> general> restrictions turn it on and turn it off again. It should start to redownload again.
I can't download the songs from preorder.
