What is newest Ultimo or Late?

So i have 2 macbooks. A macbook Ultimo 2011 and a MacBook Late 2011. I wonder which of these is newest?

Check the model number. To check the model number hold down the option/alt key, go to the Apple menu and select System Information.

I mean not that specific, i mean like which model is newest just at all? Which came latest.

As Ultimo translates to "Last" I would assume they are the same model.
