black screen when i reinstalled the os

I have a problem when i start the computer, the ventailator turn on correctly but i dont have display, i got a black screen with no sound during the boot. In a informaticien, he thinks it can be motherboard or bios or graphic id but he doesnt know repair it.

Can you please advice me on what i can do to fix it,
