I cannot turn iMessages off on my Mac Pro! When I go to messages- preferences- the - sign does not light up for me to subtract the account. Also, on the right side, it is all in arabic but nothing else on my computer is.

I cannot turn iMessages off on my Mac Pro! When I go to messages- preferences- the - sign does not light up for me to subtract the account. Also, on the right side, it is all in arabic but nothing else on my computer is. How do I get this in English? I don't know why it's in Arabic because I don't speak this language. How do I turn of imessage?
