How do I reset my iTunes Match?

iTunes Match for some reason thinks that I am over my limit, but according to apple support, Apple music does not count against my limit, and the ONLY songs that i have added since I joined. Now my theory is that I've added my computer twice, and that has some how screwed up the count, and I was wondering how I reset my count?

It sounds as though you're looking to remove matched content from iCloud. The article linked below details how to go about doing this. However, it would be advisable to ensure that you have a backup of your content before proceeding.
