iTunes NOT transferring purchases automatically Windows 10

Hello everyone

Summary:

I'm using Windows 10 and have a problem with iTunes 12.2.1.16 (64bit), the problem is that when I sync my iPhone 5s, is not transferring purchases automatically. But when I do it manually file> Device> transferring purchases it does.

Additional symptoms: the bar that shows the space usage is impresiza iPhone and constantly changing. I do not know if there will be conflict with antivirus

iOS 8.4

iTunes settings

PC authorized, logged in with my Apple ID, automatic synchronization, automatic downloads enabled / disabled (already proved in both configurations) and manage music and videos manually
