Change date format (from letters to numbers)

WIth the latest iTunes update I noticed the Date format has been changed. It used be all numbers (ex. 01-01-2000) but now they have the month in letters (ex. 01-Jan-2000.)

I could not find a date settings in the preference and didn't find any questions about it in here either.
I already tried to change the language from ' English (US)' to ' English (UK)' but that wasn't the cause of this.

How can I change this back to numbers?

Version: 12.2.1.16 (64 bit)
Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

Thanks in Advance.

As far as I can see the dates within iTunes uses the "short date" format specified within iTunes (Control Panel > Region).
