What is the last version of iTunes that supports XP SP3, and where can I safely download it?

Have an XP Pro, SP3 laptop and a 1G iPod touch, both of which I would like to keep using as I don't have money to upgrade.

Most current version of iTunes does not support XP, and I cannot seem to find an Apple moderated download area for prior versions of iTunes where I can identify the version I need for WinXP SP3.
