Pages and lost index.xml files
I had updated a pages file using version 4.1 and got an error trying to reopening it about a lost index.xml file. How can I get my file back?

With Pages '09 quit, double-click on the Pages document that originally gave you this error. It will open in Pages v5 — from where you can export to Pages '09 document format. Pages '09 documents contain an index.xml file, and Pages v5 documents do not.
