Of course....as well as passwords for any other sensitive data.
GB
i dont believe passwords are stored in my computer or on my devices isn't that the only way they could be accessed? I had a Mcafee tech. clean out any spyware after the attack. So do i need to assume all of my passwords have been accessed
To change your Apple ID password read Change your Apple ID password - Apple Support

Unless you know and can explain exactly what afflicted your Mac and exactly what the "Mcafee tech" did to it, yes. "Spyware" can imply a number of different phenomena whose effects range from innocuous to malicious. So does "hacked". Specific problems require specific solutions, and "cleaning out spyware" is overly vague to draw any conclusions that can be acted upon. In the future consider calling AppleCare. Single incident support costs $29 US.
