Somehow I have one Apple ID and account for the Cloud on my Mac desktop. I have a 2nd Apple ID and account for the Cloud on my IPhone, IPad and Mac Laptop. My desktop cloud will not work with the other devices. What can I do?

Can I completely delete an ICloud account from my Mac desktop?

System Preferences/iCloud - sign out of the account and then sign back in using the Apple ID that is used on everything else.
