Cannot log into iCloud get the following message "cannot log into.....

there was a problem verifying the identity of this Mac. Try restarting then sign in again".

I have done so many many times......continue to get the same response. This is on a Macbook Pro 9.2

Then cannot change the iCloud items and this machine does not show on iCloud.com. All of my others do.

Please assist.
