Wishlist in App Store on Macbook??

Hi I would like to add this app the costs like $5.99 to my wish list/favorites but I can't find the plus sign. Is the wish list deleted from the app store now?? Any solutions ?? Thank you 🙂

The Mac App Store doesn't have a wish list.
