Just upgraded to new macbook pro, Mid-2012, everything seemed fine with the transfer. When I go to import from my sxs cards, everything freezes and I have to force quit. Any ideas? Thanks.

It may not be the cause, but delete the FCP preferences any time it does by holdong down the option and command keys when you launch,
Make sure you have the latest Pro Video Formats installed,

Thanks, Russ. I did try and no luck. I even tried to go back to using Content Browser, but that refuses to open.
FCPX 10.2.1 is not recognizing XDCAM
