Add computer go to apple.com/download

Hello,

I run window 10 and ITunes 12.2.1.16 (latest version for today). I want to connect to Itunes match to get access to my music but each time I try to add my computer using Account Information ¦ ITunes in the Cloud ¦ Add This computer it open a browser to download ITunes.

Is it a known bug? what should I do to get Access to m'y music?
