I have recently lost the ability to communicate while gaming, and using Ventrilo, Mumble, and Teamspeak3. I can hear my teammates, but they cannot hear a word i say. What gives?

No outbound voice capability on my macbook pro

MacBook Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.4)
