If I understand your question, your husband has changed the content in your iTunes library to his music.
Do you have a backup of your iTunes Library? Or, do you have a Time Machine backup that you can restore your iTunes library to a time before your husband accessed it?
The best way to keep your husband's data separate from yours on your Mac is to create a separate administrative User Account for him.
