i updated my laptop to the latest software and i try to go on netflix but it doesn't work when i try to long in it takes me to a page that says page not found then takes me right back to the sign in PLEASE HELP !!

Netflix likes Silverlight, working on HTML5 I think.
It should play without any issues in Chrome and Firefox.
Have you tried clearing the cache of your web browser?
Lol no I didn't try using Crome or silver light and Idek how to clear the cache honestly lmao
Then what web browser are you using?
Install Silverlight
Each browser is different and you can google how to clear out the cache for the desired browser.
Can you provide screenshots of the error messages?

Login on Netflix.com directly and try again.
What happens when you click on the Netflix Home button?
its still doing it idk whats wrong with it

Tell them you are having issues logging in.
If you have already tried clearing your browser cache as suggested, I would agree with chattphotos. Contact Nextflix. The issue may very well be with your account.
