I use my iPhone to plug into my boat stereo system for music on the water. I can no longer get to my music unless I have an internet or wifi connection. Please let me know how I can fix this? (cellular service is not available either)

If you have downloaded music from iTunes, you shouldn't need a Wi-Fi or Cellular connection. If you're listening to music via iTunes Radio, that's different. You need an internet connection.
All of my music was on my phone and now it is not, it is on the cloud. Do I have to re-download my music to my phone? I just recently did the iOS 8.4 update and it has really messed with my music.
I cannot listen to my iPhone music anymore without the internet or wifi. How do I fix this?
