Upgraded to Windows 10, itunes deauthorized or doesn't recognize my computer, and errors pop up when I try to authorize it

After I upgraded to Windows 10 from 7, iTunes doesn't recognize my computer anymore. It will allow me to play an an album I bought today but nothing else. It says it is an unauthorized computer for my account. When I tried to authorize it it just says there is an error with the iTunes store, please try later. When I ran diagnostics on it, it says my computer is running Windows 8.

Other OS, Windows 10 isn't even in your list
