Cannot get internet on windows 10

I have an old 2010 Mac mini. I installed windows 10 manually (bootcamp didn't give me the option). Upon install, everything seems to be working (no driver errors), but I can only connect to the internet through bluetooth pairing. Any suggestions? This may not technically be a Mac issue. I also have not registered win 10 yet, but have a legal key directly from Microsoft.
