hi...icons don't appear as they should

hi.............icons of notification on my home screen don't appear as they should.........icons of whatsapp,facebook,call,messages apppear like a ablack and white chess board...........tried installing uninstalling.............resetting...restoring........but it didn't help....can anyone help......i have a new iphone 5s on ios 8.4 .........thnxx in advance
