i have a bunch of numbers blocked, i don't know who is who, if i unblock them will they reappear as the name they were previously saved as?

i blocked a couple people from my phone, i wanted to unblock someone, i don't know who is who, if i unblock someone will they reappear as their previously saved name? i wanna unblock them without calling the numbers and asking who this is. please help.
