Numbers only printing format, not content
Just completed a numbers checklist and it is only printing the blank format not what I added.
MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2014), OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)

What version of Numbers? Menu > Numbers > About Numbers.
Have a look in App Store to see if there is a minor update for your version.
Numbers '09 and Numbers 3 both work on OS X Yosemite.
