Nissan commercial on iTunes Mixtape radio - loud scratchy sound

Has anyone else notice an abrupt loud sound like interference before the Nissan commercial on the Mixtape channel? It sounds like something is loose - but nothing is - and has happened with that commercial. It is NOT a fake sound thrown in to attract attention. It sounds like a flawed recording.
