ipad mini 3 does not download apps from app store

IT started about two days ago, I couldn't download apps. I click Get, then Install.. It would load, ask for my password, but it would to back to Get. I tried updates, and they installed. I restarted my ipad, I also logged out of the app store, but i can't log in again. What do I do? TIA.

Make sure you don't have any paused downloads in other apps either, like the App Store or iTunes Store.

If that doesn't do it, try resetting or restoring the iPad

Hi

Try a Reboot press & hold power button & menu button hold both down

Until you see Apple Logo .

Also go to itunes main page bottom of page sign out then sign back in .
