Contact created in iPhone 5 does not sync to computer

Ever since I enable iCloud for Contact app, things got very confusing. Contacts created in iPhone will not sync to my computer's contact app but will sync to iCloud. Contact that is created on my Mac with sync to both iCloud and iPhone. How do I get all three iPhone, iCloud and my mac's contacts to be the same?
