i had send more mail to talk about that. but not respond and fix that until now. i had contact to admin's game's purchased and they said i just purchased successful two pakages. please help me, cancel purchase. thank you

The message that you got from iTunes Support implies that you need to pay for the purchase, after which they can cancel it : Pay an unpaid balance in the iTunes Store - Apple Support
