Upgrade Itunes 12.2.1 failed

When upgrading Itunes to version 12.2.1 received the following error message :

"Apple Mobile Device" failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services.. then options to retry, abort or continue without installing component.

After having uninstalled Itunes following the instructions on your webpage, tried to re-install but still getting the same error message.

Would like to know if there is another solution to solve this problem.
