Speaker problem on my iPhone 5s

I was listening to music yesterday night just like in normal routine,I fell asleep.When I woke up,I realised that my iPhone wasn't playing any sound or music,I wasn't able to talk to other person on call as the mic was not working too.I have had this phone for an year and it never happened.I'm pretty sure it's not an external issue either since I keep my phone with care.

Please guide me me what to do.Thank you
