I updated to windows 10 but now quicktime will not work. Reinstalled 2 times, but keep getting message saying "please install apple application support" Any thoughts??

You say you " Reinstalled 2 times " but get the massage "please install apple application support". At what point do you get this message? Tell us the Whole Story - in detail - beginning to end. Screenshots are always helpful , but do NOT rely on them solely without explanation and/or annotation.
Are you sure you are installing from https://support.apple.com/kb/DL837?locale=en_US = latest greatest version of QuickTime
