iPhone Battery Problems

Dear All,

Product : iPhone 5

iOS Version : 8.4

i have iPhone 5 , and after battery percentage reach 45% it turn off and it asking for charging , also when i open 4G , snapchat and camera it reach 1% battery then it turn off completely .

what should i do ?
